Leading a healthy, long and fruitful life is the ultimate goal for everyone and I will share some tips and ways to improve you overall health and increase you life expectancy. Below are the tips:

Foods & Vitamins:

1)Daily consume one capsule for fish oil which is a rich source of Omega3 Fatty Acids. These fatty acids keep heart healthy.

2)Drink 1 glass of water every 1 hour and 3 glasses empty stomach when you wake up.

3)Start drinking green tea.

4)Don’t forget to add Aloe Vera too your diet.

5)Reduce Caffeine from your diet (Cold drinks and Coffee have maximum of caffeine)

6)Take Chewable vitamin C tablets daily to ensure that your immune system is strong and that you don’t catch infection easily.

7)For females, taking calcium tablets daily is a must to avoid osteoporosis and arthritis which is very common in females.
