Myth 1: People who are impure acne and maintain poor hygiene

So while you need not worry if your favorite treat your skin (at least a direct influence on them), remember that this does not affect your overall health.

Myth 3: Acne is caused by stress

The truth is that the stress that most of us accept as part of our daily life does not cause acne. Sometimes, acne can occur if the side effects of medications taken to treat severe stress. Myth 4: Acne is a disease of only a cosmetic

Well, acne is the way you look, and yes, it is considered a threat to your physical well-being. However, the fact remains that in some cases, acne can leave permanent scars, which is more than purely aesthetic. Acne affects people psychologically. It is known to influence their perception of themselves, their self-esteem and self-confidence and their interaction with others. It can lead to feelings of frustration, depression and social stigma.

Myth 5: Acne can not be cured
